i love that video ;) if you see enough videos of chad (the lead) talking you won't feel so bad. he really needs to be taken down a couple of pegs. he's an arrogant sob that won't even return to the hometown that helped make him what he is. it's a shame when fame destroys a person, and he's a perfect example of pride run amok to the point of arrogance and losing ones self.
ya have to earn respect ;) The action displayed in the video was just sad.Seriously..If you don't like it,take a walk.No point in throwing rocks at them.[QUOTE="3picuri3"]

Wow,that was just weak.
So much for showing some respect.Lto_thaG
Unless they wanted revenge for some reason. But even then there is no need to throw rocks.

Revenge..for what? For making in their eyes bad music? A personal vendetta? No point throwing rocks at them. There were probably people who wanted to see them live..and they were disappointed because of some fools.I just listened to one of nicklebacks songs i am not saying they are good but the random one i listened to was okay i guess. :P
I saw this in another thread and everyone was like acting like they deserved that. They are freaking humans, have some respect.Avistannthey're smug, arrogant, self-important, righteous, indugent humans. small rocks are acceptable. it's not as if he was hurt or needed stitches or anything :P

Anyways if you do not like there music then go take a walk around the Venue or get a bite to eat. No need to be ignorant.
They are arrogant, I will agree to that though.

don't get me started. i think predetermined music sub-genres are stupid and ridiculous, i wrote essays on the subject in uni. most are created by marketing teams and labels to try to get teenagers and weak-minded consumers to cross-purchase titles in similar groupings because of a falsely created sense of unity that is tied to sub-genre labels. i use the term emo to refer to emotion, or emotional music. i don't use stupid terms like emo, alternative, grunge, etc, because they are false categories created for the purpose of marketing - rather than being genuine genres.
don't get me wrong, there are real genres out there - emo just isn't one of them.

Ballads aren't hardcore.
emo isn't hardcore either. emo is a label created genre. thanks for the attempt to correct though.
emo is the bastardization of punk by labels. if you disagree, i couldn't care less.
[QUOTE="3picuri3"] emo isn't hardcore either. emo is a label created genre. thanks for the attempt to correct though.harashawnYou haven't heard much emo music, have you?
heh, you haven't studied the evolution of music and genres much, have you ;) kids these days have no idea what punk or hardcore was, or what it means.

It's a dam shame they weren't throwing knives. LeePearceThe security didn't allow people to enter the area with knives.

Most music has emotion in it, so I guess you could call most music emo.
