Need help- Pharmaceuticals.

My dad's got a cold and he wanted Zicam Oral Mist. Until he heard "homeopathic."

So does anyone know what a chemical alternative to Zicam?

(If you've never heard of it, Zicam is a medicine supposed to shorten the length of a cold if used at the first sign.)

For the most part you really don't need any chemicals to treat this, at most some tylenol and decongestants

sleep helps, lots of sleep, and fluids

Nothing hastens a cold, you only ease the symptoms with the medications you take. You just have to wait till your body takes over the virus

Wasn't that recalled awhile ago? ....just drink lots of water.
