My Computer is making Demonic Voices to Me

The police car keeps passing by my house. Normally I don't mind this but they sent demons into my computer. It keeps making demonic voices at me now whenever a police car drives by. It sounds like Screamo meets Rap. So two bad things combined is never good.

Anyways does anyone know why the police are sending demonic voices into my computer?

Like... The Captain Planet skit from Robot Chicken played at 2x normal speed but with deep voices and lots of static. My volume isn't even on and it makes funny noises. But it only happens when police drive by.
