You have to laughing pretty hard to get hit with a "disturbing the peace" ticket --- dude most of been louder than those nicely dressed gentlemen riding those box chevys on Martin Luther King BLVD.
The mans neighbor is a piece of **** plain and simple. To have the nerve not only to make fun of him, but then to go on and CALL THE COPS BECAUSE THE MAN RESPONDED TO THE TAUNTS WITH LAUGHTER!
Seriously if there is karma in the world that neighbor better watch out because it some SERIOUS bad karma right there....
BTW to give you an idea of how ridiculous this is, I have never had anyone complain about me and I have a freaking drumkit that I play in my basement....
