Is T_T crying or a glare?

It's time to settle this.

When I first saw it I could have sworn it was a glare, but all my friends used it as crying. There are a million one ways to express sadness so I'm not ready to have one of the best emoticons that can represent glare be used for sadness.

It's time to give a set meaning to this thing.

Glare, I find it very hard to see it as a crying face.

is a bit different from :| The first expresses anger while the other is ridiculing the other person.

:x would be a good glare if it didn't have the teeth. The eyes need to be squinted and the person has to be angry just like in T_T

I never see anybody use that,so I have no idea what that is.
