Is Lockerz legit?

Has any respected source confirmed that Lockerz is a scam or actually legit yet? Free stuff is fun, but it seems the only discussions I can find on this matter are debates about it on Internet forums... which this will probably turn into, but in the off chance someone can actually verify.

Lockerz is a pyramid scheme, and it is physically impossible to maintain a pyramid scheme. The point: it may or may not be legit now, but it won't remain that way for very long.

Sites like that are really not encouraged around here. You would need to reference a unique link and that would be considered advertising.
