Is it cheap to knee someone in their family jewls in a fight?

Theres some controversy on whats cheap and not in a fight do we draw a line at nut shots?

If its a Profesinal fight or even a fight where u and the other guy are not angry at each other just like a staged street fight with a semi reff then yeah its cheap

There is two different types of fight

a real fight where someone is trying to hurt u and steal your wallet or something

then

a staged fight between 2 bored high school kids with a reffor like UFC for example

I'm a small guy and I've been approached by a gang before. Luckily no fights had happened but I would not have hesitated giving them the old nutshot if I could get away. Basically, if it's the quickest way to get away from my attacker then yeah. Mainly because I don't have condifdence in my fighting abilities.

Yeah, if you get jumped then its fine. Trying to king hit someone while they aren't looking is a lot worse in my book. Anything goes from there. But if it's a one on one fight where both participants want to fight, then no, its cheap as hell. I think one on one fights are about pride as much as hurting the other guy, and as soon as you hit someone there on purpose, pride goes out the window.

So is eye gouging I suppose, but the question was if it was cheap. If someone did either in a pre-arranged school fight, he'd get smashed by most the people watching.

If you're fighting for your life, no problemo. Otherwise, no nutting! I can't say that I've ever seen someone take a groin shot in a street fight.

But again, if you get jumped or something, fair game. Though I think that the majority still wouldn't sack the other guy, it's not really what comes to mind, at least for me.

It's a last resort. I personally never do it unless its like bottom of the barrell situation, and even then only once in my life.

In street fighting there are no rules, but it doesn't mean that attacking someones family jewels is respectable.

1 on 1 fight with the contestants knowing what they are getting into is extremely cheap. If you get attacked out of nowhere then go ahead and smash his nuts.

If your life was on the line..then you are okay to knee the jewels..and maybe if your opponent is like Shaq compared to you.

If some hood's are trying to rob you then yea!, i would be suprised if you didnt knee them where it hurts. If i ever got jumped i would just tazer them =] i bought it ages ago when i went on holiday. That comes everywhere i go.

I'd do it. I have no sense of honor, just common sense. It makes more sense to bring a guy down as fast as possible, so take the "cheap" route if you must.

If there are rules against it in competition, then yes it is cheap.

If it's me fighting someone who's trying to mug or assault me in the street, then no honour or rules exist.
