1 being able to step through time

Control Time-Sext hen rewind it and do it again;)

1.Teleportation (faster than super speed (if i'm hungry, i teleport to my faviorte restraunt and pick up a burger then teleport out)
2. Time Control (forward and back, I could redo mistakes and win the lottery
3. Telekinesis (Would work for conviance like instead of having to get the remote you can just pick it up with your mind)
If I couldn't have those 3 i'd choose Super Strength (like superman), Read minds (just because it's cool), X-ray vision (Helllllllllllllllllllo beautiful)
