How socially awkward are you?

Freshman year of high school i was one of the most socially awkward people in my class. Fast foward 5 years to right now in college and i'm much,much more natural and relaxed socially. HS did so much good for me that way.

Every once in awhile I might feel slightly nervous when talking to someone I'm just meeting for the 1st time but to be honest I think that happens to everyone. Then after 10-20 minutes or so we just start to connect in the conversation and I'm as chill around them as I am my own family

Some people say I'm shy, but chances are I don't care what they were talking about at the moment :P

Somewhat i guess, i have got better over the last year of college. Joined a fraternity and some other stuff. I am horrible with people i don't know, and really have no reason to get to know them.

No, but some people have mistaken me giving someone the cold shoulder for being anti-social.

I don't know how much flak I'll get for this, but Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory acts almost exactly like I do. For those that don't know how that character acts, basically, I've never met an actual person who is similar to me in behaviour.

I'm generally a shut-in. You can trust me with your life. Just don't expect me to be the life of a party.

I also have bigger problems carrying on relations with family than I do with friends, which is weird. I'd rate myself 5/10 on the socially awkward scale, but I blame that on being isolated from everyone I know nowadays, and being alone most of my life as a youth, considering I was real out-going until such events.

I'm a little shy but I'm fine with talking to people. If I notice the other person is shy I would be the one to start off the conversation.

Pretty alright for the most part, can keep a conversation going easily, but have trouble opening conversations with ppl I don't know too well and also with saying hi to ppl in a school/workplace environment who I have talked to sometimes but am not particularly close with. One of the things I hated most about high school was seeing all these ppl who you've conversed with a couple of times, but aren't particularly close with, and deciding whether to greet them or just keep walking on... Hated that.
