I punch the wall and I get a whole in it, which im going to have to fix so I get even more angry so I kick the wall and get another wall, and its just the same cycle until I wear myself out and go talk to some friends or something.
I dont. I hold deep down inside and forget about it, until a few years later where it will manifest itself as a tumor.

I have a tumor, and back in the dayI was extremely angry all the time and just shoved it down. I think there's a bit of truth in what you said, how else does that anger get out? It has to go somewhere.

I tried that a couple of times but I end up infuriated and start shaking the exercise machine everywhere while grunting. Then when I get off my throat is throbbing, I have a headache and I'm uncomfortably hot.

I pick up a hack n slash game. like God of War, PoP or DMC (some of my favorite games) and just destroy everything.
or I write down my thoughts.
but I prefer the hack n slash games, great for anger management :D
