How did you feel as a kid when you found out Santa wasn't real?

I can remember finding out it was all fake when I was about 11. Was really disappointed, but more at my parents for lying to me.

If you can remember it, how did you feel?

I can't say I had any sort of reaction. I just kinda.....came to the conclusion myself.

I stopped believing in Santa since he didn't bring me a birthday gift.................

wasnt sad or nothing. once i realized it was my parents i didnt care, as i still got presents.

I figured it out in first grade on my own. Can't say that I was terribly disappointed since I had been questioning it since Kindergarten. Still really enjoyed Christmas as a kid afterwards, so I don't think it ruined things too much for me.

Was never lied to about Santa being real. My presents were always clearly marked "From: Mommy/Daddy/Grandma/Grandpa/etc."

Loved taking pictures with fake Santas in the mall though. That's always fun.

Indifferent since it was the same day I stopped believing in the tooth fairy and god too. One of my favorite memories from when I was 8.

I grew up poor and we didn't have a chimney so it was natrul for me to believe there was no Santa. I use to get in trouble for telling kids "He not real.". lmao
