Now that is "affluenza"; girl is a neurology resident, probably has rich doctor parents, too, that groomed her for it. Girls like this are not raised, or taught...they're bred and kept on a tight leash. My buddies ex was just like this; fun party girl, book smart, street dumb, and when things didn't go according to her ideals (which was literally all the time) she got bent out of shape.

Anyone that has actually worked to get to that level in their career and education is not going to do something stupid like that.
