Heavy metal in Canada

Well I feel very stupid asking this but I am moving to Toronto, ON, and I am a metal fan. I wanted to know if you guys could tell me about web sites or radios where I can get info about the incoming metal shows and that stuff. THanks.

I was like that when me and a few mates decided to get more into our local scene, sure it was kinda weird but we found a lot of bands and loads of great people aswell :P trust me do a bit of digging.

Even though my only experiennce of Toronto is the cancer bats dvd live at sneaky dee's that might be a good place to start i dunno im from across the pond and basing it on a live DVD xD.

You just get in there and you will see what is the next metal band to perform here. So you dont have to be checking the band's tour dates every time. That is an example of what I was asking for....

I used to use this on Facebook as well as an iPhone app and it worked well.
