Just once, but it was before the word 'fail' was used as it is today.

Back in the 80's I was skateboarding on a half-pipe, and coming up to do a handplant I fell over the side. I was so messed up, when I finally got to the mirror I just looked at my bloody self and was like "what an idiot".
