My 5th grade class won a contest for developing some sort of math dominos game so the local news did a segment on it. I ended up being featured heavily in it, which was funny because I was only there for the last part of the school year and had notning to do with the game at all. I was told it was because I was wearing a white shirt which was used to check the color of the camera. (useful tip, although almost 25 years ago, so might not be the case anymore.)
I was on TV quite a few times, mostly stuff I perfomred in for my school that was filmed and aired n local television but still, did a lot of that sort of thing :D.
Well I heard I was in the background of a newscast about the Titanic exhibit. If I'm to believe J. They were there the day we went just in front of us. If that is exciting enough for you. Probably not though.:P

Love that show! What episode? I have been on T.V. at sporting events. No interviews though :( the basketball one. the first season i think. he didnt like the way they portrayed him tho. unfortunately ive fell out of contact with him :(

When I was 13, a local station was doing a story on tax increases in California. They had me and a friend look like we were browsing in the toy store we were in. Also, in Maryland, I have worked for a newspaper as a photographer for a few years, so I probably showed up in the background a few times when I was covering the same events as TV news (like sports events, community events, political stories, etc).

i went to a St Louis Blues hockey game a couple weeks ago and was like 5 rows behind the goalie so the next day I watched the replay on tv in HD and could see myself lots of times.

Yeah, I've been on the news a few times... -Apparently once when I was 3-4 years old when there was some sort of Sesame Street event in town, they talked to my mom and me. -In the summer after 5th grade I participated in this state-wide orchestra camp, and they interviewed me. -In 6th grade, a faculty member at my elementary school retired after working there for like 40 years, and I was part of the going away party thing for her, so they interviewed me. -A few years ago when the 7th Harry Potter book came out, I was the first person in line at Barnes & Noble to get it at midnight, so they interviewed me. I just made a fool out of myself because I was so damn excited. I was all giggly and ridiculous.
Nope but my dad was on the news a couple times when his union and him went on strike. My brother was also interviewed on news about the dangers of football because he got injured playing high school football.
