And don't use 'roids, kiddies. :)
Just lift weights, do push ups, pull ups, sit ups, dips, run(leg muscles), swim, and excersise.
The last two will help with cardio.
To have muscle but not have stamina would make you a weak fighter. You need both to be proficient and not just look good.
Steriods.

You still have to work out even if you're using steroids.
By some sandbags, they're cheap, heavy, and you can adjust how much they weigh. Put it in plastic bottles or milk jugs for dumbells. Keep it the bag for squats. Many possiblities with sandbags.
But when you start doing more lifting, and get strong enough to the point where sandbags aren't enough, get a gym subscription.
I perfer workouts that use your own body weight, then using weights. But thats just me. SunLord592Yeah, you are the only one!:o

I don't argee.i dunno about many of you but he should lift weights. He doesnt even know some basic exercisies and ur telling him to go life weight. You can screw up a lot of yourself if you do that without knowing proper saftey with them. Also you much understand what you want, do you want mass or do you want strenght, u just said muscle so what do u mean by that? strenght or mass. Depending on what you want your exercise routines will be slightly differenttarunrameshHe should lift weights, but he needs to learn how to... that is a given.

Alls you can really do is push-ups and pull-ups. Progress that way is incredibly slow however.Ninja-Hippo
