Game of Thrones - Question about Viserion Dragon (spoiler possible)

Why would one of her dragons be named Viserion, after Viserys her evil bro. If he was so cruel and despicable to Dany, why would Dany name one of her babies after him?

Because she loved her brother inspite the cruelty he showed to her i guess

"The cream and gold I call Viserion. Viserys was cruel and weak and frightened, yet he was my brother still. His dragon will do what he could not"

Yet Viscerion gets killed by Night King. And Turns Foe. Seems even as a undead dragon, it will torment Dany :P
