I never understood the point of mods other than to prevent spamming. If someone says something that offends me, I simply ignore them. I do not need a moderator banning people. I can choose to ignore.

There have been things said to me that would have warranted a penalty from mods. However, I did not call for mod intervention. This is because I am an adult and can handling an opinion that is different than mine, even if it offends me.

Somebody was derailing that thread. I think that was part of the reason.

I'll take the high road here. Hate is wrong no matter what form it takes. People get to focused on petty things like race. Maybe this was racially motivated, or maybe these were just 4 jerks who happened to be of a certain race. What happened was despicable and I'm sure they will be faced with some possible repercussions. You shouldn't treat a fellow human being like that, especially someone so defenseless. White on black, black on white, white on white, black on black, etc. It's all bad and I fail to see how you can justify any of it. Bad things happening to you do not allow you to perpetuate bad things on others.

Sick people. Hope justice is served.
