If it's someone just turning lanes then it doesn't bother me though... Granted yes, it is somewhat annoying at times, but also it's not that bad, you'll usually see it in time unless you're not paying attention while driving.
it pisses me off people are bad drivers period, I'm getting a scooter soon and I'm hella effing scared of all the bad drivers out there, basically everything I'm learning about riding a scooter is to anticipate other people being as dumb as dirt and how I'm supposed to react to it
