Yeah. I try to go 4 times a week. 2 day split. 2 days upper body, 2 days lower body. Bench press and over head shoulder press might be my favourite exercises atm.

I run, I have some injuries to deal with but I usually run at least twice a week. My goal is to be able to run three times a week and not have to compromise and take short runs all the time due to injuries =/

I had a spinal injury 14 months ago which gave me back pain for a while but it mostly went away last winter when I started doing shoulder presses again. But anyway I run and row for cardio and do some basic lifts like squats and shoulder presses. I used to do Crossfit but that was a few years ago now.

I don't go to the gym but I get a lot of exercise. I go on lengthy hikes/mountain climbing trips in the summer and backcountry ski trips in the winter

I live on the 12th floor of my building and try to take the stairs down/up at least once a day. Only problem with my system is my legs are way stronger than my upper body

Every weekends at home. I run outside, I lift weights inside my garage and eat right as well.

Why pay for Gym when you can get the same results doing exercise at home for free? I always see Gyms as a scam.

I had to edit my typo on the lifting part lol.

Sometimes I do forget not all of us can live in a big house with room to spare. Take my garage for example cause it's the only place I can put extra stuff in it like exercise equipment. I can understand going to Gyms for like special training is understandable, it's the basic stuff I can do on my own then paying for a Gym.

If I first were to make my own at home, I would get a proper squat rack with adjustable safety bars. 20kg/45lbs bar with 50mm diameter for the weights.

Over time add manuals. Pairs with weights 5-15kg, or something I could put the larger weight plates on.

Yes, I do. Mon-Fri, Saturdays if I'm going out that night just to look good. Sundays are my day off. I'm not obsessive about it though. Have a good form, nice biceps but could do better with a better diet. I just love eating pizza and tacos.

I usually do 40 mins-hour of high intensity training, mostly bodyweight. I just wanna be generally fit, keep some agility and its a great mood booster.

I do curls and squats with bells but bulking is not really my priority, if at all.

I lost 50-60 kgs when i started doing regular workouts so its an important part of my life.

I am now. Didn't for a while, but I used to actually train to be in the Strongman competitions. I got out of it, though, and actually put on a lot of pounds :(

I am back at it now, though, and loving it. It's one of those "Why did I ever stop?!" kind of things. I've lost about 40 pounds, too, so that's nice. Still a long way to go.

I love lifting weights; I usually do 10 minutes on an incline treadmill to get my heartrate going, then lift at a decent pace to keep it up. I don't spend more than an hour there at the gym but it's a pretty good workout.

Dude it's tough at first, lemme tell you, but so worth it. Idunno if you do weightlifting but that's where it is at.

Not like I used to. Had a two car garage a few years back and was working part time, lived alone. It was an awesome setup and when I was focused I got strong for my size and lack of athleticism. Now I barely have a one car garage, barely fits my squat rack, bench and plates and I sold the punching bag and cable machine. Also not as regular as I was due to a heftier schedule. But it is also a nicer neighborhood and I have a hound so I do walk and jog more than back then and I learned to incorporate more mobility work. Still a far cry from the good ol days but I do what I can and enjoy what I get to do.

Touch or Tackle?

Anyway, the only form of exercise I do is walking around a lot.

Touch...although it gets physical out there. We play touch so we have people come year round and we have older guys out there playing. I've been out there for 11 years now, but there are some guys out there that have been playing for about 33 years. And that's every single Saturday in a year, rain or shine.

Not in the traditional sense. I try to eat as healthy and as little as possible. I play basketball once and week and I also walk. But I haven’t been to he gym in ten years, and don’t plan on going back anytime soon.

I prefer weightlifting over most other workouts to do.

Granted haven't been doing it seriously for long, so my lifts are awful...

used to, but now I just do 10,000 steps a day. So techincally I 'work out' more then I used to but no strength training.

reminds me though, I should its actually a good way to loose weight for those who do not do it often.

Used to go three times a week. In the past few years, been slacking off visiting the gym when I shouldn't. I only visit the gym once or twice a week nowadays. However, I do use free weights at home though.

No but I should I really let myself go in the past few years depression has kicked my ass. My hope is that a certain plant will become legal next year to help my mindset so I'm not so down and eat out of comfort. Then I can get in a better mindset to push myself forward and lose the weight might sound crazy but it has worked in the past for me.

4 days a week, lifting and cardio. Push/pull split using Wendler's 531 for my main lifts. Made the investment for commercial grade gym equipment in my basement years ago, worth every penny.

I mainly run either outside or on the treadmill 2-3 days a week for 30-45 minutes. Sometimes I'd do the elliptical as well.
