Do you think Luke will turn to the darkside?

I've heard rumors that Luke might turn to the darkside in The Last Jedi. What do you think of this possibility?

Considering that Kylo Ren is already a dark side user of the force I think it would be an exaggeration for Luke to do the same. Even more so knowing his past with his father. But I could see them pulling a grey jedi card on him.

I mean... they've pretty much already verified this.

Luke is the dark side, he's just had us fooled. These movies won't end till he is dead. Lol ..

Return of the Jedi made a point that Luke would not succumb to the same path as his father did. To have Luke turn to the dark side undermines the things he did in ROTJ: his overcoming of his struggles and how he helped his father find redemption.

Pretty much this; Luke already passed his trial, to go back and toy with the dark side again would just be repetitive, and frankly a little insulting. That, and there would be no need for conflict between Luke and Kylo unless it was a Sith "Rule of Two" sort of thing and Luke is threatened by Kylo, and frankly that is just preposterous...Luke as a Sith Lord and Kylo wanting to usurp him? Pfffffffffffft

I can totally see him (and would personally enjoy) being a "grey" Jedi/force user, you know, sort of walking away from the strict Jedi teachings and forming his own path. I mean he is essentially the only one left and the Jedi did fail. Time to try something new.

Granted, there are always going to be force sensitives, but without people to identify and train them they won't know themselves.

it happened in the EU I believe so I would not be surprised if it happens in the TLJ
