Do you tend to feel like crap a lot of the time? I tend to do.
- I don't get proper sleep. I don't get enough sleep during the school week because it takes so long for me to fall asleep. I also have to wake up at 5:50 A.M.:evil: On some weekends and in the summer, I stay up past midnight, and then I sleep for a large portion of the day. So sometimes I get too much sleep.
- I don't eat nearly enough healthy foods. I eat a lot of processed crap like TV dinners. I eat lots of canned food, too. Lots of the food I eat is loaded with fat or sugar.
- Speaking of sugar, I drink too much pop. That contributes to my sleeping issues because the caffeine keeps me up.
- I don't get enough exercise. The only exercise I get is in my racket sports class, but my mom and I got a punching bag, so that will provide a little exercise for me.:P
- I tend to be either on the Internet or playing video games. I rarely go outside in the summer, and I'm not gonna be outside much in Minnesota's winter. However, I want to get a new bike this summer. If I get one, I'll surely use it...hopefully.:o

Anyway, do you tend to feel like crap a lot? Physically or mentally? I was just talking about physically feeling like crap in my post. I'm not going to go into mental right now.:P
