Do you Paintball?

Just wonderin' if there are many paintballers on the board. If so, do you like speed ball, woods, and what type of gun do you have?

I just moved to Virginia from Coloradoa couple months ago and as much as I dislike this state the paintball fields are very good! My Etek3 is finally getting some good use, and I have to say, if anyone is thinking of picking up the sport and buying your own equipment an Etek 3 is probably the best gun you can get for the money.

I own two paintball guns. Both nice ones. But it's too expensive to do that often!

I play woodsball from time to time. Lots of fun. Can get really intense.

i would but my mom would get mad because there would be paint all over my clothing. and if i wear my old clothing 1. it would look like i came from the 90s and two, there to small.

Once i played airsoft i didn't go back. Much better value for money and the guns are way cooler.

My issue with airsoft is that the bb's or whatever you call them dont go that far and it relies too much on the person to admit they are hit, and people are not that honest. People cheat in paintball, dont get me wrong, but its much more unforgiving if someone takes exception and decides to light you up. Its usually a hard painful lesson.

I used to all the time. Now and days though, too expensive to buy paintball refills. Stopped going.

I would if I had enough money to support in on a regular basis. When it comes down having around $40-50 a month I would rather purchase a video game or an album that will last me hundreds of hours to one paintball outing that will last me only four. When I did play though I normally played Speedball as that was all my field offered, though I would much rather play woodsball. I currently own a WGP 2004 Sniper II Pump marker with a homebrewed 14 round stick feed.

Nope. I always wanted to probably 8 years ago. Me and some now ex-friends were supposed to all buy some cheap guns and stuff but I was the only one who got one. Still have it. It came with a nice cheap PC paintball game. It was like realistic fps for paintball. They should make something like that modern warfare 2 but with Paintball. They could probably come up with some insane things. Anyway, what yeah no the Furthest I went was buying a magazine about paintball lol. But I will be hoping that Greg Hasting Paintball 2 game is worth getting.

Isn't the bipod getting in the way? Never heard of any airsoft gun with any sort of recoil that needed to be managed... I wouldn't like trying to run through a bush with that thing, I'd spend the next 5 minutes being shot to hum death? I guess you like the looks of it, which I do too tho hehe. I personally play paintball, I bought a gun last year (Tippmann 98 Custom ACT) which is really great and didn't cost all that much (Around 200$) I recently bought a coil line and a longer barrel and I'm having a blast playing from time to time with my friends in the woods. If you don't go to a field, paintball is pretty cheap, you bunch up and buy some 2000 balls box for 40$ and you're set for the day.
