I have tons of problems falling asleep. My head is never comfortable with the four pillows I have and they're all hard. I'm just curious, does anyone else have problems falling asleep? Does anyone have any suggestions? :)

[QUOTE="Oakfront"]I do have problems waking up though..
If you mean you prefer sleeping in to getting up early, I think that's a nigh universal problem. My body clock is just messed up. I went to bed at like 4 am the other night, and got up at something like 8-9am. Then last night i went to bed around 1am, and got up at 2pm this evening, which is the latest i think i've slept in, in a long time.[QUOTE="Elraptor"]I've had problems since school started. Last night I went back to sleeping pills. They work, and they're probably healthier than booze. Mkavanaugh77What kinda pills do you take? Nothing prescription-strength. The brand is Simply Sleep, but it contains Diphenhydramine HCI.

I used to be like that, i find that if you try to do something that requires alot of physical exertion you get tired extremely quickly. I dunno, you can function as in staying awake doing everyday things, but.. You get me :P.When I can't fall to sleep, I bust open a quality bottle of vino tinto. Something like a Rioja, Navarra, or a Chianti Classico, or I go for a big gun deep in my cellar like a Chateauneuf Du Pape.

Me too. Took a long time, I love to sleep, but now anything more than 5-6 hours becomes a shock when I wake up. I've tried everything, nothing helps. Please Log In to post.
