I have in some circumstances... even to the point of me bringing up the problem because the person was unwilling to redeem themselves on their own. As things progress I wonder if I should even let anyone in anymore. It's a conundrum.

I forgive most people. There are some people I can't bring myself to forgive, and while I don't wish any harm for them, I will most likely never forgive them.
There are exceptions, though. The first one who comes to mind is one of my mother's ex-boyfriends. Underneath that disgusting grin of his was a vicious, insecure, power-hungry sack of sh!t who physically and emotionally abused her. He almost choked my mother to death when she wasn't completely on board with his business ideas and expressed her unwillingness to be under his total control. I would be happy to see him on the streets, honestly.
tell me. WHY WOULD I DO THAT?
i may forgive someone to a degree but that will still be my back my head

Nope I keep a grudge. People know right from wrong but still choose to do wrong knowing it's wrong so why forgive them?-RenegadeBecause people have the potential to change. Not always, but sometimes a person who commits a wrongdoing will, after some time, try and make amends. Again, it depends on how severe the wrongdoing is.
I would never forgive someone named Benedict Arnold...but hey...that's just me...We Canadians are weird like that
