All the time. that's what keeps me up sometimes. Even if the cold spot is like the end of the pillow I still sleep on it

I have never in my life flipped my pillow.  The only thing I do is switch sides...so I guess I flip myself instead of the pillow.  Either way works I suppose, but I'm pretty much the best sleeper out there, so I'm sure most of you are wrong.  Enjoy your crappy sleeps tonight.

I use the cool side of the pillow. During the summer I will also push my bed against the wall that has a vent to keep even more cool during summer.

Yes - I do it a lot before I go to sleep when I'm laying down. If I'm lazy at the moment, I just move my head over about 5 inches to where it's cooler on the pillow. If it gets hot enough though, I put my head up for a second and flip the pillow to feel cooler.
