From what I have heard, "God" does not punsish. He is merciful, and forgiving. But I am agnostic, and dont know too much about it soooo yeah.

Fast forward to Feb 2009, it went from working perfectly to not working a hr later. The system still functioned but u just cant see what ur doing. But about 1 or 2 months ago i sure you ppl that i came home 1 night.with PSP but woke up in the morning with no PSP I looked every where. Along with PSP itself i lost case, strap, GTA VC and most importantly my 2GB memory stick . cant replace that. June 2009 I decided to buy a Used PSP and everything was going great untill just under a hr ago and before i started this post PSP was missing..I how can i go outside with PSP but come back with no PSP . it's July 11 2009 7 10 AM in Chicago as im wrapping this up so i'll will ask is someone above punishing me or is it just a coincidence every bad and odd thing happening to me is PSP related?PSP107

No... When something bad happens to me, I don't blame God, however sometime I expect him to get me out of the pickle.

I'd understand where you were coming from if say, you were born with Proteus syndrome. If your family was murdered, I'd see how you might think God is punishing you. If you lost everything and went bankrupt, forced to live on the streets. I'd sympathise. But losing a PSP!! Come on dude...Perspective man, perspective :P

God does not exist, and according to Christianity he doesn't directly intervene with humanity anyway. I doubt that God, Jesus or the Holy Spirit stole your PSP.

Nope, can't say that I have. Though I believe everything good or (what we perceive to be) bad comes from God, I do not relate absolutely every bad thing to God judging me. Bad things are simply a result of the Fall. Just as Job said in 1:20-21 after a great loss in his life, "At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship and said: 'Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I will depart. The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away; may the name of the LORD be praised.'"

Romans 8:29 also states, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." So then should I "blame" God for something that, in the end, will be a good thing?

Not quite. Actually, within Christianity everything that happens is God intervening in the world and is in accordence with his will.

Too many bad things have happened to suggest that someone who is supposed to be loving and forgiving puts himself in any kind of position to help or punish in this life. Its the only way to make it make sense.

Not in the least. I feel as though I pay for my mistakes because I made them.

Regarding your PSP, sounds like a matter of carelessness, not divine intervention.
