Demon Days was the most underrated album to come out in years?

I listened to it again and WOW

There hasn't been many albums or artist that seem to up their with them in diversity and sound in their music. OT thoughts?

The Gorillaz are underrated. I love them. They are terrific.

Blood Pressure by the Kills is an underrated album as well.

What's your favorite song on Demon Days? Mine is White Light.

On the Japenese Bonus Track the song Hong Kong is utterly brilliant.

Pretty good album, I don't think it's underrated though.. People use that word too liberally.imaps3fanboy

Demon Days went Double Platinum in the US and did even better in the UK plus it was released just a few years ago. This is not an unknown album. Critics really liked it for the most part so I wouldn't call it underrated either.

I said underrated because at the time you really didn't see alot of a mix between underground rock and rap caleb with a few choir songs mixed in.

I don't think underrated is the word you're looking for. "Unique" seems better.

It started strongly but the second half of the LP was a snooze-fest.

not at all, that record got hella play and sold pretty good too. there's waaaaaay better examples you could have used.

My favorite part is that it's a reference to "Let It Be" :)

Demon days was my favorite song on the album. Love the choir touch. Kind of sad and happy song.

Last living souls is another good one.

It was pretty damn popular, personally i think it was overrated it's good but it's still a good album.
