Cute emo I used to know got fat, now what?

She was a freshman and I was a senior, we barely got to know each other before I graduated.. Today I saw a pic of her 3 years later and she's chubby. What are the odds of her losing the weight? I know nothing about the emo lifestyle

how fat is she exactly? i mean cause if it's just a few pounds then i guess she still looks normal. but i have a similar story a girl that i liked who was really cute, i was with her for a while when she was thin, but we broke up and she went to rehab, she had a really bad drug problem. but when she got back she must have gained 60 or 70 pounds. now i don't want to get back together with her because she was also a slut and i didn't want my weiner to get dirty...
