Coincidence? Or am I on to something?

The following is a line taken from the song Underground by Eminem off the Relapse album released in 2009.

"And havin' a twisted fantasy with an arm and leg amputee."

This next part is the album art from My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy by Kanye West released last year. I'd post it, but anyone who's seen it knows that it's a bit edgy. And I don't want to get modded for it. So I guess I'll have to describe it. It's essentially a cartoon of Kanye West having sex with what looks to be a woman with wings and no arms.

My question is if Eminem was possibly making a reference to Kanye's album a year before it even came out. The similarity between the line from the song Underground and the picture and album art from My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy is uncanny. So, am I on to something? Or am I just looking into it too hard?

Well, if you look at the picture, you can tell the woman clearly had arms at some point. It's not an arms-substituted-for-wings sort of thing. Lol, I feel foolish discussing it in such detail.
