no. why? because we humans have over crowded the planet already. we dont need 12 billion ppl on earth right now.
I've never understand what human rights it is violating if the person is willing to do it and the clone is treated fairly.I support it. The value of human clones are numerous.
Though I dont think the UN and their "Human rights" maniacs would ever approve of it.

I guess my idea of human cloning is for harvesting purposes or testing purposes to tailor make treatments specifically for your physiology. If having a non-censored Internet is considered a "human right" you can be sure that cloning humans for medical purposes would definitely be a no-no

I think harvesting cloned organs is a great idea, but why would anybody want a full human clone?I think as long as you clone a full human, they need to have all the rights of a human. If that's done, then that's fine.
You know two of me to annoy you would rock. But maybe wouldn't be the same as you, our experiences are part of what we are, if he doesn't live a similar life to yours he would probably be different.[QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"]No way. Too many people already exist that annoy me. I'd not want to multiple that....Pirate700

No, but only because (last I heard) cloned animals tend to have serious health problems. Creating a child knowing that they're going to have those kinds of problems seems sort of unfair, in my opinion.
However, assuming that the technology advances enough for clones to live a perfectly healthy life, then why not make clones? I don't see it as being all that different than other reproductive technologies.
No. We don't need that type of knowledge falling into the wrong hands. If some lunatic can get his hands on it, that could be bad. And the Earth is crowded enough as it is. We don't need to feel it up even more with things that wasn't brought into this world naturally...
I'd be in favor of cloning specific human body parts. I just KNOW my liver is going to fail from alcohol abuse eventually.nocoolnamejimNow THIS, I would support. But the problem would be the cost of the body part would most likely be exorbitant. So most likely, only the rich, as usual, would be able to actually get benefits of the operation...
I don't think overcrowding would be an issue, as it would cost billions to create just one clone. They wouldn't run a local boutique were you can go and clone yourself for lulz
The scientific advantages of cloning certain body parts are infinite, but as with every advancement, it will take a few decades to get over the ethical issues
I'm in favour of cloning specific parts/organs. There was a documentary on a while back, and some scientists showed off a beating heart, made entirely in the lab from stem cells and chemicals.
It was facinating.
Cloning full humans movie-style? Nah

Also, I don't support it because there is no use for it, except for slave labor things like that, or a Moon type situation, but then of course I don't support it. Cloning organs could have a good use though...
Nope, we already have too many annoying cure fans already.lonewolf604How utterly amusing.....
No. We are overcrowded enough as it is.
Pirate700
an im pretty sure we would use them as slaves or something
Sure, I don't see anything wrong with the mere act of cloning a human, the problem would be how the clone was treated and what he was used for. It doesn't matter if he was man-made or not, a clone is still human.
I'm tired of seeing humans become amess. Wouldn't want to see undeveloped humans floating around messing up the place even more.
Animal cloning, yes. Human cloning, no way because human cloning is against the ethics and religion and God creates humans, not humans create humans.amirzaim
I'm pretty sure my mom created me.
