Christmas without a girlfriend is kinda depressing

Then again, I've spent every x-mas of my entire life without a girlfriend. You don't know how crappy it feels to know that not one girl out there actually loves and cares about me.

I have no one to share my own happiness with. This is what hurts the most.

Exactly, like I'm 15, never had a GF, ok I'll admit I've had crushes before, but friends and family are more important, seriously the amount of pain some people go through over 1 person is soo incredibly stupid, as chester706 said, get over it, these types of pathetic threads need to get banned or locked.

Having a broken heart sucks, but you get over it usually after 3-4 weeks. If it takes you longer, you have issues.

I wish I could say I sympathize, but I have a boyfriend... I love him to death.
We've been best friends since preschool, and eventually we just realized we were perfect for each other all along.

My point is, you will definitely find someone.
Often times they're right in front of your face and you don't even realize it.

Easy but cheesy way to meet someone? Go to a coffeehouse (local or Starbucks), hell any public place where people just relax. Do you go to school? Go to your student union or something. Take out a book you really like and start reading it. You'd be surprised how many times people will come up to you and mention something. You're not going to meet girls on GS.SuperBallsBerg

In place like what? I think I know what you're saying but can you elaborate? Because honestly just even specifically talking about coffeehouses, they come in lots of different flavors. I'm the type of student that just goes around town studying in different public places so I've seen them all. Go into a busy place downtown and you'll see lots of professionals having business meetings then there's my favorite place here I live where 20 somethings talk about Indie rock and Magic the Gathering. :P
