I don't really like chevy's anyway and I don't think those doors make a car any cooler, they just look stupid.
Butterfly doors look stupid.
On a side note, I didn't know those kind of doors were called butterfly doors.
I hate to show you this but http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwgAdTOsyaUOh dear God...WHY? Are they trying to re-image themselves to 13 year olds?
Pirate700
Because they're freaking insane.I mean, I'm a truck guy so this doesn't really affect me, but as a car enthusiast, this is just dumb as hell. What if they start putting butterfly doors on trucks too?[QUOTE="megagene"][QUOTE="Pirate700"]

Someone at the top must have lost a bet... Or it's just BS since there's no link. Nothing other than this thread comes up on google either. It's in the news give them like a day to put it on the official site. or an hour, Chevy's usually fast.[QUOTE="horgen123"][QUOTE="megagene"] Because they're freaking insane.Pirate700

Cut the BS, the article you wrote is poorly written.
It's in the news give them like a day to put it on the official site. or an hour, Chevy's usually fast. It's in what 'news'? You had to get all that copy from somwhere..post the link. It was on the posts website, which also was on the Physical post, but Chevy is telling them to take it down and then post the full article when they put it on the official site. Of course from what I saw they didn't actually complain about the article itself so something tells me the article must not have been exaggerated, meaning wow. Then again, they did sue someone for leaking the bungee jump ad and the jump over giant skateboard ad.[QUOTE="Shockwave-DASH"][QUOTE="Pirate700"]Or it's just BS since there's no link. Since you aren't even making any sense, I'm going to assume you made all this up. Nothing to see here.

How does the above not make sense? If a hacker leaks information it's cool but when the newspaper leaks information it is unbelievable.[QUOTE="Pirate700"][QUOTE="Shockwave-DASH"] It was on the posts website, which also was on the Physical post, but Chevy is telling them to take it down and then post the full article when they put it on the official site. Do I get to suspend you for a day when the link is uploaded and you end up eating what you just said?"The Chevy company"
"A different type of engine"
"the next phase of their re-imaging plan to gain higher popularity and attract more consumers."
"using different seat belt materials"
Some great journalism there.

Someone didn;t see Chevy sue people for leaking these two commercials: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwgAdTOsyaU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mH5bvGQ1KL8 and the Skateboard jump, they are still debating allowing it on youtube.[QUOTE="thelastguy"][QUOTE="Shockwave-DASH"] Do I get to suspend you for a day when the link is uploaded and you end up eating what you just said?Shockwave-DASH

don't see the big deal. those doors would make tight parking spaces less of a hassle. and so what if it makes the vehicle look a little silly. the doors are closed most of the time, anyway. but, if someone's that petty...plently of other car companies to chose from.
