Cheese before bed...

I heard that if you eat lots of cheese before bed you have crazy whacked out dreams/nightmares....is there actually any truth to this, or is it just a myth?

I just ate a whole load of cheese on baguette, im not going to has teh nightmarez now am i? :(

For me it does seem to take cheese a while longer to digest, and sleeping on a full tummy does give me weird dreams.

hehe, yeah, i got that alot as a child, so was just wondering if it's actually true, or just something parent's say, just for the heck of it :P

Actually i made a thread a month or two back about this subject and tried it for myself. I actually had a great sleep and a really nice dream.

i find it can give you more vivid dreams if you eat it late but you can't be sure of it working

I normally dream a lot if ive eaten something with a lot of sugar before i go to bed. So i guees cheese is just like that, it gives you to much energy you dont need while sleeping :) So dreaming gets a boost.
