Carjacker Shot by Second Carjacker

Police: Carjacking suspect dies after crash is a bit off as the driver was shot by a second carjacker who was pistol whipping the owner of the car in the back seat of the car. The car crashed over the guard rail on Highway 92 in Cherokee County. The pistol whipper and a 3rd carjacking suspect fled while the owner of the car was injured. It also appears that the owner of the car knew one of the carjackers.

Should the other 2 carjackers be charged with 2nd degree murder due to someone, even a fellow carjacker, being killed during the commission of a felony?

Absolutely. Not because the dead carjacker deserves justice, but because those wretched pieces of shit need a lesson.

Arrests Made in Botched Cherokee Carjacking with one of the carjackers being arrested along with his brother for trying to hinder the apprehension of a wanted person. The 3rd carjacker is still on the run.

It's not misleading, a carjacker was shot by a second carjacker. 

Police say that one of the suspects was hitting the victim in the head with a firearm when the gun discharged. A bullet apparently struck the driver in the back, according to police.

I admit, I laughed at that.

This is funny in that you are even agreeing with me whether you realize it or not. There were mulitple carjackers in that car, not just one. Being that each is a carjacker, one can shoot another carjacker.

Cherokee County Carjacking Follow Up: shows how the other carjacker was arrested in Gary Indiana. He should have known that they would look there for him.

What kind of sentences should the two carjackers get?
