can you import games to australia?

because i might live there someday. is it okay to bring games like silent hill and manhunt to australia? example im going to a plane to australia and when they search my things for inspection and they found out i have these games will they confiscate it? because i read that many games are getting ban or being edited in australia........

Shipping may be a pain in the ass to pay, it'll be 10 or more so you end up playing near 100 anyways.

I don't live in Australia, so I'm not sure, but I believe any laws like the ones you're referring to actually prohibit the sale of certain games, not prohibit the owning of such games.

You can certainly import games, but if their banned ones they might confiscate them.
