Can you give me an anime to watch that ISN'T from this list?

Is there a non-boring anime that isn't:

1. Full Metal Alchemist

2. Cowboy Bebop

3. Neon Genesis Evangelion

4. Death Note

5. Lucky Star

6. Haruhi Suzumiya and her melancholy

7. Elfen Lied

8. Black Lagoon

9. Monster

10. Hellsing

11. School Rumble

12. Detective Conan

And anime that would be deemed somewhat boring:

1. Naruto

2. Bleach

3. One Piece

4. Pokemon, just in case someone happens to mention it

5. Tokyo Magnitude 8

6. Rosario's Vampire. Or anything dealing with the paranormal, the anime way

Also, I don't know about obscure anime, and most of the time it's probably not good. There's lots of talk about this "Darker than Black" series but from the description I don't think I'd like it. Is it possible that I might have missed something from list number 1, or have I mentioned all the watchable anime?

I'd also like to mention that Black Lagoon and Cowboy Bebop are as far as I go concerning anime with guns and/or space, western, or shooter type stuff. I didn't like the two anime all that much. So no Ghost in the Shell or Code Geass for me.

I'd like more anime that deals with the school setting and very silly humor. Unfortunately, School Rumble is the only one that I ever liked. Are there any anime shows that are as fun to watch as School Rumble's first season was?

And no mecha/robotic shows. I also forgot to put You-G-Oh and Digimon on the list.

Alright, I've got a couple of anime saved for future reference, such as the Fruit Basket. But since my Internet connection is being uncooperative again, I'm going to have to go to bed for now and hope tomorrow it sorts itself out. Thanks for the help!

One last question though, a user mentioned this Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei series and at first I thought, "oh what a cute teacher, this could be nice" but then I stared at the rest of the poster and noticed he teaches a bunch of kids. Now I don't like what anime does with young girls and I don't think I'll like the show if it's headed in that direction. Can anyone elaborate on that? It's going to be some perverted anime isn't it?

I've also got Mushishi on hold, and am on the fence about this Happy Lesson. Remember, most anime hasn't been that good, and it's only School Rumble that I liked 4 years back.

Soul Eater is a great choice for a funny school like setting anime that has alot of action. The main characters go to this special school (through they are mostly shown going through missions) that is run by the Shinigami (the Grim Reaper) and it is funny. It has a very good cast of characters. If you are interested then this is a good site:
