Out of the one's on the list I'de probably go with Newton.
I wonder though, should Galileo be replaced with Copernicus? Copernicus came up with the idea of heliocentrism before Galileo, though maybe Galileo came up with better evidence. Galileo believed that Copernicus' theory was correct, If I recall, and I think Galileo was a century or so later than Copernicus.
Some other candidates I'de consider would be:
Carolus Linnaeus (aka Carolus a Linne, aka Karl von Linne) - binomial nomenclature.
Gregor Mendel- Mendelian genetics
Mons. Georges Lemaitre - Big Bang Theory
and as others have mentioned Nikola Tesla (I don't know much about him, but I think he had something to do with an electric generator or battery).
