THE ORIGINAL POST (with some edits) IS BELOW: We all know it. Nobody hasn't heard of it. Its one of the most successful war films of the last 15 years, and a damn good one at that. In my opinion, not only the best war film ever made, but even the best over-all film ever. YES, I know that its a mini-series, not a film, but I really don't care, don't give me flak for that. Its still a FILM in my eyes. Just a really looong film. Now, here is how this works: there will be 3 polls. 1 for the first 5 episodes (because of poll limits), and the second poll for the last 5 episodes. Then, the top scoring episode from both lists will be put in a 3rd and final poll, with just those 2 options, and whichever one gets the most votes, will be crowned the BEST "Band of Brothers" episode. There will be celebration for it afterwards. My vote for the last 5: Tough one. Definitely not part 8, but all the other ones are works of art. Either Part 7, or Part 9. BONUS QUESTION: We can all agree that BoB perfectly paced the Normandy and Battle of the Bulge operations..... but who else here thinks that they fvcked up Market Garden? I think they could have done so much more with it, like the Son bridge rather than Nuenen. And Part 5 was cool, as it showed the later days of Market Garden, but Part 4 did it so poorly. Who else agrees?
