Are you shy when you are comfronted with the opposite sex? Me sadly yes I am :( I just don't know what to say or I'm afraid i'm going to say something stupid so I don't say anything :P
there is no doubt people get shy around the opposite sex, its just something you gotta get use to, which you will eventually. I myself did get really nervous around girls but now those nerves are beginning to go away everytime I talk to them
work in retail where you have to say hello to everyone that enters the store. cleared that problem up for me (except when i'm around a cute girl and my parents :( )
Like with anyone of any gender, I am shy around people I do not know very well. I used to think I was extraordinarily shy around the opposite sex... until I started interacting with them and forming more intimate relationships and finding out that I am not shy at all, quite the opposite in fact.
Not really, it's more harder to go upto someone then them coming to me. I'm shy sometimes but i can get through it and end up having a nice convosation and becoming friends that way. I made friends with my nurse when she was treating me when i was in medical centre for ahwhile lol.
and you shouldnt etheir show them who you are if they dont like it **** them

You can just do that to people now, and it won't be rape?? I'm joking. Anyways, I tend to not really talk or be around people. The times that I am and if I know the person, I act the way I always do with people I know, which is not really serious.
Depends on the person really... I'm a bit shy at first, but as soon as I "make contact", things can go both ways...
1. She's easy going, doesn't seem like she analyses everything I say or judge me by my cover... then I'll be alright within a couple minutes
2. she's closed minded, judgemental, idiot, superficial... then she makes me nervous because I don't know how to either break that beat and have a good talk, or simply move on...
I'm shy around people in General but only if I don't know them or I don't feel like talking.
For Girls I'm shy but i do talk to them but you can tell I'm nervous when I'm talking to them because I always do the same thing when I'm Shy and nervous.
