Make sure to put whether if you are athiest or believe in a religon.

Personally im Athiest and im scared to heck of death. Sometimes I cant sleep because I cant stop thinking that everything is pointless since were all going to die at some point. Sometimes I have to turn on the TV when im trying to sleep because I cant stop thinking of it.

EDIT: Try to leave why your afraid of death or why your not afraid of it.

Death is inevitable, there is no reason to fear something that is inevitable. It's going to happen whether you want it to or not, being afraid of it won't help you, so I'm not afraid of it.

I do not fear the act of dying or the cessation of life, but I am very, very afraid of the afterlife. I always have been, even when I was a religious. Right now I consider myself to be agnostic, but I'm very open-minded.

I'm not very religious. I actually follow no religion. I'm agnostic if anything, if I were to be placed in some category.

And I don't fear death. It's an inevitable part of life. I only fear dying young while I have much to accomplish.

I'm not really afraid of dying, but I definitely don't want to die young, I want to have a long, happy life. I believe in God but i'm not particularly devout.

Your not scared of the fact that nothing happens when you die. Your just gone for all eternity. I mean doesnt it kind of make life pointless if were just going to die. Any happyness we have is pointless it all ends.

I'm more afraid of the process of dying, of dying before being able to do everything I'd like to do on Earth, and of leaving behind loved ones. Death itself, not really - either there's an afterlife, in which case I'll still be here, or there isn't, in which case I won't be here to recognize that fact.

Oh, and I am religious.

well , life is pointless because everything can just go in any second , that's why you have to enjoy every moment of it while you still can

Nuh-uh, can't do that. You need a level 50 steal powers spell aswell as a greater staff of stealing, as a minimum. That gives you a 5% chance. I very much doubt you meet these requirements, and besides, I'm a special character so you have to do a long epic quest before hand that consists of collecting 300 feathers, a book on overcoming the powers of necromancy and the skull of a large dragon boss, which has a 3% chance of dropping. That's only part one by the way.

If you are atheist there is a point to life. The point is to carry on your genes. Many others see the meaining of life from an atheist standpoint as becoming the most widely known you can for good reasons. People want to be known of and thought about by many people after their death. Everyone wants to be another Einstein in popularity basically.

I don't have a fear of death, it's one of the few things that binds each and every one of us. We're all going to die someday, so I don't really worry about it too much. I'm an Atheist.

If he existed sure. Anyone that can manipulate their followers into believing that they are the Son of God I guess would fall under my definition. However I've decided to add 'for the good of society' to the end of it. I don't really see how Christianity can be considered, as a whole, good for mankind. IT does have some good attributes although it hides the truth from it's followers.

Im neither religous nor athiest, I'm an atheist. I don't fear death, though I fear dying, since there are many unpleasant ways to die. But death alone is simply not existing. Once dead, there is no way for me to experience anything unpleasant, so I don't see why I have anything to fear. I didn't exist 100 years ago and nothing bad happened to me.

Everything is not gone once you die because you successfully carried on your lineage. Why do you think people like Ghenghis Khan had so many wives? To carry on his lineage.

I'm fairly religious, and my view towards death tends to sway. At times, I'm a tad intimidated by the whole eradication-of-the-body concept, but at the same time, when I grow old and frail, unless prosthetics can restore my vigor, life would seem too painful to live for eternity.

Whether you are atheist or theist you still want to carry on your lineage. Theism has absolutely nothing to do with carrying on your lineage.

Im not saying Athiests should stop wanting to carry on there lineage. Im saying for me it seems pointless. Like when I think about having a son I really like the idea but I dont know why. When I die nothing will matter im dead. My legacy can go on but i'd never know.

You have an inbred yearnign to carry on your lineage. That is why you want to have a son. This 'need' probably came about as a result of the evolution of sexual reproduction. Some people do not want to carry on their lineage for one reason or another. However the vast vast vast majority of humans alive today do.

Well Im an atheist and Im not scared of dieing, Im scared of what Ill miss when i die....I mean Id hate to die tomorrow because I wouldn't be alive to see Ridley Scotts "Robin Hood" or my brothers graduation, things like that. Hence why Id love to be immortal. Not because Im afraid to ever die, but its a bummer to think your going to miss so much when you do, if that makes any sense.
