obese, I weigh like 380 pounds. I know it seems like a lot, well it is, but I am a big dude to begin with...my healthy weight is 280, so its not like I need to get down to what everyone else my height should be (like 200-220).

My face has very little fat, and you don't see much of my body in photos. >_>Overweight but working on it, already have shed about 23lbs just need to loose another 20 or so and I'll be normal. xXDrPainXx
yay! Keep going man, I just found out I lost 13 pounds as well. Feels good, and I am going the slow and steady route (no diets, just healthy habits and exercise) so it will stay off and I don't lose my sanity.

Unless you mean "overweight" as in "with a bit more kilos than average", and not "close to the fat side".

That really is the way to do it, just keep at your pace. Was a fairly lean lineman in high school, went to college, put on the freshman 15...a couple years later I stopped working out cuz my buddy graduated, depression hit for a bit, and my weight skyrocketed.
My weight is normal for my age and height, but I'm not in shape. If I sprint 100 meters, I'll be panting afterward.
I'm at a normal weight for my age and height (according to BMI--which disregards muscle, which I do have some from working out), but I still have some meat on me :P
