Are you comfortable around people?

I tend to be kind of tense around people I don't know too well.

I mean in public places, like waiting rooms, the subway or buses, etc... are you comfortable in those situations where you're in public?

It depends on the sistuation. If I don't know anyone there, I'm probably "anti social." butif I know someone there, I'm generally more social.

I was once in a room full of naked midgets wearing clown shoes. I found that to be somewhat uncomfortable.

I'm only uncomfortable when I feel obliged to socialise. Just sitting at bus stations or waiting rooms or whatever doesn't irk me much.super_mario_128

I'm tense in waiting rooms and bathrooms, but when it comes to being at school, I'm pretty comfortable.

Always have been. It's just my personality. I've always been comfortable in large groups, or in front of audiences (I play in a band).

Im fine in public places, most of the time, but around people I dont know (like I friend invited me to a party, and I only know him and like two other people), then no, I get really uncomfortable. Socializing takes a lot out of me, so I either get really drunk to loosen up, or stay soberish and drive home early.

Meh, I've always been more of an anti-social guy when it comes to that. Like I dont go around hitting on random chicks on the bus or whatever or talking to the people that sit next to you. I just like to mind my own business. I kinda like being around people because it makes you feel a bit more dynamic I guess. You kinda see the world in front of you and realize that you're not the only one in it. I mean x has to get surgery and y is going to work to pay for her six children. So I mean, sure I'm comfortable around people until they give me a reason not to be.

you sort of suffer withAgrophobia.. its a kind of an Anxiety related issue...Do you suffer with Panic attacks ?

I generally don't have a problem being around other people. I have a job that demands it (I teach at the university I'm finishing my Master's at). That is a really good thing about teaching-- it gives you public speaking and presentation skills.

No I am not comfortable around people. The only people I'm comfortable around are my immediate family.

i wouldn't say i'm comfortable around round people but i'm not uncomfortable, its more a feeling of apathy than anything.
