I can't find any recent pictures of me so here's a picture of me 3 years ago, I was probably about 175-180.

I have look a bit older now and I have shorter hair and glasses.

No, not really. I've gained a lot of weight in the last year or so, but at the moment I'm around 6ft/140 pounds.

5'6" 120 lbs.

I feel fat. Might lose 20 pounds.

Not but I used to be, then I lost like 40 lbs. Then After 2 years of super metro working out and looking after myself, I took a vacation and got fat, then a year later I lost it all again and now I'm close to where I want, I JUST need a super six pack and my body is where I want it. Close though, getting closer.

Also, somebody described themselves as a "football player that doesn't work out"despite being 5'8". We can't all be Barry Sanders... Also at 190 pounds, it's probably better for your heart to lose 30 pounds or so. Just looking out for your health.

I'm 5'11", used to be 155 pounds 2 years ago. Yea, frikken skinny. Somehow, I managed to bloat to 180 after. This past year I've been hitting the treadmill anddoing the standard pushup/sit-up regimen3-4 times a week, and I'm down to 165-170, with better muscle/fat ratios (LOL I HOPE).
I feel better now than when I was skinnier, yet I was forced to sacrifice a lot of my favorite jeans. Oh well.

Anyways, judging by the thread title, I'm gonna say most people that post here will generally be skinnier and on the more healthy side. I don't think fat people will come right out and say, "Yup, I'm a fattie: worship me."

I am 5'6 at 176 lbs but def not fat.

Like 180-185lbs, 6'1" and with a medium-muscular build. So no. I'm in the 'healthy' range.

Lets see yes i use to be 5'9 and about 270. Now i am about 5'10 and 155. It took me 2 whole years to lose 115 pounds and ive never felt better.
