Were just baby steps steeps away. Is really sad though, i hread that men can get wried phsycological attachments to these things and think that there real, just image how bad robot would be.
I would score a robot chick if she was a hot cylon. I think it would be interesting. They could be utilized as theraputic sexual devices for people with sexual defeciencies due to injury or psychological reasons, could help marriages and relationships without integrating a real person (three ways never work), they could also be used as a way to possibly reduce crime. i.e. potential pedophiles, rapists, etc could possibly use a robot rather than a real person?
I have a general idea of a way to make robots "grow" like normal people. Imagine a fighter that starts off the size of a UAV, when its fully grown, it can flex, move, heal, variable characteristics(Size, colors, etc, while still being above a set standard), etc. All it would take is a little more advancement in naites and A.I. and it would be possible.
*inserts mineral mix into fighter, micro machines travel through the bird and make it bigger with the materials provided.*

Actually it would improve the odds of getting laid, even with real chicks. See if guys start doing it with robochicks then it would make real women jealous and improve the odds of us guys getting laid by real women!
