So I am recovering from a partial medial collateral tear and I can't bend my knee forward all the way. Are there any special stretches I don't know? This probably isn't the right place to ask, but I have seen weirder topics.

Try squatting around 300 to warm up, and then slowly progress to more...

What about leg presses? Or better yet, try squat thrusts a couple times. ;)
