i'm not sure if i'm addicted to nicotene or not. i always tell myself i'm not going to buy another pack of cigs, and i finish my current pack, then for a few days i'm fine, don't feel withdrawals, but i end up buying another pack :/

Kind of a weighted subject for me. My serious severe addictions would have to be pain killers and cutting. I haven't even touched OTC pain killers since February and I haven't cut or harmed myself in anyway since about May and that was a small relapse after not doing it for about 5 years, I wasn't devastated or anything but it certainly made me want to do it more often, especially in situations where I normally would have.

I like to drink too but I do it sparingly nowadays, kind of grew out of binge drinking.
