My brother likes his music, and even brought his latest album... But I can't stand listening to him. :o
His voice sounds like it is a mix of R. Kelly and Chipmunk... :?
I just find him annoying, does anyone here feel the same way about him?

i feel pretty much the same way except i really like "Don't Matter." I couldn't stand any of the other songs though especially "locked up". that got got on my friggen nerves

I really like Akon. I bought his first album, and it's great to relax to, or drive to. I love some of the cameos he has had on songs lately, but I haven't listened to his new album. He has an incredible voice.
