You have every right to. But if you're 19 you should know full well how easily distracted us guys are, especially at that age.
I mean really, you can't not look. If you know it's there, you will automatically focus on it and stare as long as you think you can without getting caught looking. And after that, you will sneak as many peeks as you can until getting busted again. Is it in our genes or something?
Well, if a girl is going to show off her gift due to a low cut shirt, she's basically begging for men to look, which is why I do. Taking a glimpse whilst my girlfriend is with me is a little more devious.
