24 has officially jumped the shark

I have enjoyed every season accept this one.  24 isn't known for realism, but this season takes ridiculousness to extremes.  Examples...

1) A nuke goes off and there isn't panic everywhere in the streets?  No looting or anything? 

2) Morris gets tortured for like 5 minutes and gives the terrorists the trigger information they need for the nukes

3) Morris is allowed to go back to work after doing this

4) Morris suddenly seems to have no more pain an hour after getting a big drill bit through his bone 

5) Jack Bauer kills a man vampire style and the man doesn't utter any noise during his demise

6) The implied love triangle between Jack, Graem, and Marilyn is silly and soap operish

7) Jack's dad happens to be one of the most evil men ever and Jack never suspected anything wrong?

 8 ) Wayne Palmer as president = snorefest.  What unbelievably boring president compared to David Palmer who had the voice and presence to be attention getting.

9) Jack sure gave himself a nice haircut and shave in 5 minutes.  He had long hair and a beard.

10) Milo gets shot away from CTU...then like 15 minutes later he is shown again at CTU all bandaged up and seemingly fine.  Please....

Anyway, 24 has completely jumped the shark...

1. Jack Bauer kept them under control. No-one screams when Jack Bauer is on the case.
2. It's so Jack Bauer had a bigger reason to take down the terrorists.
3. If he didn't, Jack Bauer would have made fun of him.
4. See previous answer.
5. The man was speechless, he was being killed by Jack Bauer of all people.
6. It's so Jack Bauer blends in with inferior humans better.
7. Jack did suspect. But he waited so he could own his dad in a more dramatic fashion.
8. Everyone else wanted to have parts working with Jack Bauer.
9. That's how powerful Jack Bauer is.
10. If he had seemes weak in the presence of Jack Bauer, then Jack would laugh at him.

Jack Bauer is the new Chuck Norris.

It hasn't jumped the shark Lost jumped the shark when they went in to that hatch thing and there was that guy who was part of ther others down there and he was all you have to enter that code. And then there was a polar bear and then the others started captureing everone and then yadadayadaStarFoxCOM

When watching 24 it's required to turn down your brain wave levels. Enjoy it for what it is a heart pounding action show. With it's faults it's still the best action show yet. nohabs

I agree, ive watched 24 since its first season and enjoyed every one of them, although season 5 is the best in my opinion. Prison Break is very good to, espacially from season 2. Lost Went downhill in the second season and now they arent even trying to hide the fact that they wanna milk the show to its last episode,  and man i cant say this enough, BLACK FREAKING SMOKE when all you thoughts in season 1 goes towards a monster type of thing.
